The class on June 4th was awesome, and the kids were so smart! Great job, Chris Thompson and Ginger Lessard! We learned when to use the terms meteor, meteorite, chondrule, chondrite, achondrite, and more. Also learned about the Osiris Rex project that will return in 2023 with samples from an asteroid. There was a cool demo on how the collecting was done. And then we wire-wrapped some meteorites!
